Registered Massage Therapy

Service Description

These sessions will focus on muscle, fascia and other connective tissues to help relieve postural concerns, repetitive strain issues, acute/chronic pain or mental/physical relaxation & recharge. Modalities (one or a combination) that may be incorporated are: myofascial cupping, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, therapeutic/relaxation massage & stretching.
